The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales and leasing, a network of industry connections, and the confidence to engage with C-level executives and landlords. This is a commission-only role with a high commission split (up to 60%), offering significant earning potential for self-motivated professionals.

Duties
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Source new clients and build long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors.
  • Property Sales & Leasing: Manage property listings, conduct viewings, and negotiate lease/sale agreements.
  • Advise clients on pricing, lease terms, and market conditions.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Utilize company resources, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools to generate leads.
  • Engage in networking, cold calling, and direct outreach to potential clients.
  • Market & Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about commercial property trends, zoning regulations, and investment opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice on leasing, property valuations, and market conditions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 12 months of experience as a Property Broker (commercial or industrial).
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with C-level executives.
  • Existing network within the commercial property sector is advantageous.
