A national public sector development agency is looking for a temporary Property Administrative Officer in Johannesburg. This role requires managing billing and administrative services related to the property portfolio, ensuring timely rent collection, and coordinating reports on property accounts. Candidates must have a Matric qualification, relevant diploma in property management, and experience in the field. This position offers a chance to contribute to the development of housing and human settlements while working with various stakeholders.

The Housing Development Agency (HDA) is a national public sector development agency that acquires and prepares land as well as develops the land and project manages the development of housing and human settlements. We carry out our activities in partnership with a range of stakeholders including national, provincial, and local government and municipalities, as well as with communities, developers, financiers, and other affected parties.

The HDA has the following temporary one‑year fixed‑term contract position.

Manager: Land Property Management and Holding
Ref: HDA TPAO
To maintain day‑to‑day billing, arrears management, administrative and leasing services relating to HDA property portfolio in order to meet legislative requirements and support the unit with administrative logistics and operations.
