Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, define scope, assign team members.
• Prepare the Master Project Plan and the Project Schedule based on contract terms.
• Review project plans and specifications against quality standards.
• Conduct budgetary estimation and compare with actual expenditure.
• Track project progress weekly and monthly against the project schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants and vendors for technical specifications.
• Study contract documents and prepare job instructions.
• Coordinate with clients and project authorities for timely deliverables.
• Monitor safety and compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, define scope, assign team members to tasks, ensure resource availability, and deliver every project on time within budget and scope.
• Prepare the Master Project Plan and the Project Schedule based on contract terms.
• Review project plans and specifications against the highest quality standards, provide design feedback, assess scheduling efficiency, identify potential cost savings, and address construction problems.
• Conduct budgetary estimation and compare with actual expenditure.
• Track project progress weekly and monthly against the project schedule, including indenting, purchase orders, engineering documents, dispatch, site erection activities, and control index documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants and vendors to finalize technical specifications and monitor department-wise checklists.
• Study contract documents and prepare job instructions as well as project-specific procedures.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, sub-vendors, engineering, procurement and construction teams, workshop, logistics, QA/QC, store departments, and other project authorities to ensure timely deliverables and smooth project operation.
• Monitor safety and ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act requirements.
