Requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and ability to effectively manage production and service teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, execute, and oversee equipment‑build projects.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee field service teams for installation, maintenance, and support.
• Manage spare parts inventory and optimize service logistics.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring project alignment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in relevant industries.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
