FOCI Group is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale, multi-stakeholder development initiative.

We are looking for a strategic leader who can manage complex environments, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and deliver impactful outcomes across a broad development landscape.

About the Role

You will oversee the end-to-end management of a high-impact development project.

This includes planning, execution, coordination, governance and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication abilities and the capacity to guide diverse teams including staff, consultants, contractors, and external partners toward successful delivery.

This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional who excels in organising complex workstreams and ensuring quality delivery in dynamic environments.

  • Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder or community-driven projects
  • Experience with international development organisations (e.g., World Bank) is an advantage
