Job Vacancy: Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, using a structured project management approach. The role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned with organisational strategy. This includes managing project teams, engaging with customers, identifying risks, overseeing procurement, and ensuring strong project governance.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Project Definition & Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and stakeholder expectations, creating structured project plans aligned with time, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Stakeholder & Customer Engagement: Maintain regular and effective communication with stakeholders and customers, ensuring alignment and expectation management.
  • Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and elevate project risks while minimising uncertainties.
  • Financial & Procurement Oversight: Report preliminary costs, manage project budgets, oversee procurement activities, and ensure financial accountability.
  • Regulatory & Governance Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to relevant regulations, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Conduct regular reviews, track progress, analyse data, and prepare status reports for key stakeholders.
  • Change & Configuration Management: Apply structured change control processes and manage project configuration effectively.
Education & Experience
  • Degree in Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ project management experience, including at least 1 year working with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in manufacturing and operational project environments.
  • Demonstrated ability in project risk management, customer engagement, and supplier/contractor management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Knowledge of prepayment metering products, revenue management solutions, and the prepayment metering industry will be an advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license.
