Job summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for an entry to mid-level professional to play a key role in delivering high-quality IT and infrastructure projects within a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple client-facing IT projects
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure timely project delivery
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports
  • Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and technical teams
  • Organise and participate in project meetings, capturing minutes and action items
  • Assist in risk management and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and client requirements.
  • Set priorities, schedule engineers, update dashboards, send customer/project updates, elevate risks.
  • Spot bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
Requirements:
  • 1–5 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role
  • Experience working in an MSP, IT services, or technology-driven environment is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Asana)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Ideally have a relevant qualification in project management or IT (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)
