Responsibilities
  • Provide advisory and support services in quantity surveying, encompassing contract compilation, cost estimation, payment verification, evaluation, and dispute resolution.
  • Execute standard quantity surveying tasks while offering expert guidance.
  • Generate and formulate cost estimates for contracts and projects.
  • Oversee consultants and contractors, emphasizing quantity and cost aspects.
  • Create, assess, measure, and manage project-related documentation.
  • Offer insights into necessary adjustments to contracts or projects, along with revised budgeting as required.
  • Accurately reconcile and predict contract/project expenses.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying (B tech / BSc) is mandatory.
  • SACQSP registration as a professional Quantity Surveyor is a prerequisite.
