• Achieve daily volume targets by managing repairs and failures.
• Identify non-conformances and implement robust solutions.
• Ensure process adherence and continuous improvement.
• Manage section budget to remain profitable.
• Ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
• Implement work organization to drive effective communication.

Education

Leadership/Management qualifications

3 - 5 years’ experience in production environment

Process leader work organization training or PSP training

Experience with BMW system and procedures
