Job Description

Our client is looking for a Biological Production Manager to join their team in Addo (Eastern Cape). This role will put you at the forefront of innovative biological production systems that support healthier crops and sustainable farming. You’ll have the opportunity to shape production processes, lead dedicated teams, and collaborate with experts in entomology, microbiology, and crop protection.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure insect cultures and environments are in optimal condition for production.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency.
  • Implement meaningful measurement and monitoring systems.
  • Conduct research, trials, and apply best practices for cutting‑edge production methods.
  • Develop and train production teams to achieve excellence.

Requirements
