Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with relevant pump knowledge. The Candidates will be responsible for the planning, organising, coordination and control of the production of the company to ensure that the highest production standards are maintained at the lowest cost.

Position: Production Manager

Reporting to: CEO & Finance Manager

Location: Boksburg

Work Setup: Full-time

Responsibilities

• 5 – 10 years in a production environment overseeing the production facility from a design, planning and operating perspective. Exposed to business planning.
• Product and material knowledge, Metallurgy experience an advantage
• Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings would be an advantage
• Ability to change direction and handle multiple responsibilities and tasks on a regular basis.
• Ability to positively motivate individuals and teams to meet or exceed project expectations.
• Exceptionally high level of commitment to the success of individuals and overall projects.
• Work ethics that complement the companys long-standing culture of high integrity throughout all areas of internal and external business activity.
• Willing to put in extra effort and hours as needed.
• Excellent track record and experience in client communication and customer service.
• Result oriented with strong organizational skills
• Provide timely responses to both internal and external customers.
