The Product Support Technician provides Level 2 technical support for Epiroc's Digital Safety Solutions, including Collision Avoidance Systems (CAS) and other connected field technologies.
This role supports both customers and internal stakeholders by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, analysing device data logs, coordinating warranty evaluations and returns, and assisting with configuration and parameter setups.
The technician plays a vital role in ensuring system reliability, product performance, and customer satisfaction across global deployments.
