Our client is seeking a certified Product Owner with proven experience in the Telco industry, as well as digital platforms such as websites and mobile applications.

This is a critical role focused on driving product strategy, ensuring business value, and leading agile development efforts on key technology products.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear understanding of business goals and user needs.
• Translate product vision into clear, actionable user stories and backlog items.
• Prioritise and maintain the product backlog, balancing business value and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (UX / UI, development, QA, marketing) to deliver high‑impact features and solutions.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of website and application products, ensuring alignment with the project service offerings.
• Conduct regular sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with agile teams.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback, data, and business goals.
• Ensure compliance with technical, legal, and commercial requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

Minimum Requirements Certification

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile Product Owner certification (SAFe POPM, PMI‑ACP, etc.)

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a Product Owner or Product Management role.
• Strong background in telecommunications products.
• Hands‑on experience managing web and mobile application products.

Technical Skills & Tools
