• Manage all relevant stakeholders through clear communication and transparent prioritisation.
• Translate business requirements into well-structured product roadmaps, epics, and user stories.
• Prioritise features and enhancements based on impact, risk, and value.
• Collect and analyse business feedback to inform product iterations.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO and tech team to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives.
• Oversee product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Track and monitor product performance, iterating based on results.
