What you’ll do
  • Lead supplier management, including pricing, MOQs, lead times, and performance tracking
  • Support supplier negotiations, benchmarking, and sourcing initiatives
  • Analyse costs and landed pricing to drive margin improvement opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pricing files and procurement data in ERP / accounting systems
  • Support demand planning, stock flow alignment, and inventory optimisation
  • Ensure procurement processes are followed, including POs, GRNs, approvals, and audit compliance
  • Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to balance service levels and working capital
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimise procurement efficiency
What you’ll bring

Essential:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management
  • 5–8 years’ procurement experience within FMCG or food distribution
  • Proven supplier management capability across pricing, MOQs, and lead times
  • Strong forecasting, planning, and inventory alignment experience
  • High attention to detail with strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Advanced Excel capability and ERP exposure
  • Understanding of landed cost, margin impact, and inventory control disciplines
  • Confident stakeholder communicator able to resolve supply issues under pressure
