Join us as Principal DevOps Lead and play a pivotal role in transforming how NSW delivers technology solutions to communities, businesses and government. Your role is all about ensuring seamless technology‑based services, designing, upgrading and managing operations while maintaining the integrity of core systems. You’ll evaluate new solutions, oversee installations and decommissioning and provide strategic advice on cloud technologies to keep the organisation ahead of the curve.
Driving reliable service delivery while managing support requests will be central to your role. You’ll need to sustain existing services while integrating new initiatives in a dynamic complex environment. Prioritising tasks to meet business deadlines and SLAs is crucial ensuring hosting systems run smoothly while proactively resolving potential service issues before they escalate.
