Job summary

An established manufacturing company is seeking a Primary Cleaner to join their production team. This role involves ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of machines and production areas, complying with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have Grade 12, relevant cleaning experience, and the ability to work independently. Attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ cleaning experience, preferably in a manufacturing, hospital, or hospitality environment.
  • Prior experience in a production setting will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize machine parts and production areas.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards in the production facility.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Conduct weekly stock checks and assist with inventory control.

VACANCY: PRIMARY CLEANER – MANUFACTURING

An established manufacturing company is seeking a Primary Cleaner to join their production team. The successful incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of all machines, equipment, and production areas in accordance with cGMP and Health & Safety standards.

Key Performance Areas
