They are on the hunt for a Paid Media Specialist with at least 4 years of hands‑on experience across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads to join their growing team.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok Ads (and more)
  • Analyse multichannel performance data to surface trends, insights and opportunities
  • Manage and optimise product / data feeds to improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate closely with the Paid Media team in implementing task briefs
  • Contribute to campaign strategy and media planning discussions
  • Utilise AI tools where appropriate to streamline workflows, improve optimisation processes, and support data‑driven decisions
  • Communicate performance insights internally and, when needed, to clients
Key Requirements
  • 4‑5 years' experience in Paid Media across Meta, Google, TikTok Ads – bonus points for additional experience across Microsoft, LinkedIn and/or Amazon Ads.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills – you don't just look at data, you interpret it.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a habit of double‑checking your work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity or hands‑on experience using AI tools to boost efficiency and workflows.
  • A proactive attitude and collaborative spirit – you're comfortable sharing ideas and solving challenges as a team.
  • A hunger to keep learning and upskilling – you'll get access to premium training platforms and courses.
  • A proven track record of driving client success and results.
  • A working knowledge of Google Ads Scripts, or a willingness to learn – you know how automation can save time and boost performance, and you're keen to explore it further.
  • Previous agency experience is preferred.
