They are on the hunt for a Paid Media Specialist with at least 4 years of hands-on experience across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads to join their growing team.


Day-to-day will look like:
  • Plan, implement and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google & TikTok Ads (and more)
  • Analyse multichannel performance data to surface trends, insights and opportunities
  • Manage and optimise product/data feeds to improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate closely with the Paid Media team in implementing task briefs
  • Contribute to campaign strategy and media planning discussions
  • Utilise AI tools where appropriate to streamline workflows, improve optimisation processes, and support data-driven decisions
  • Communicate performance insights internally and, when needed, to clients
We are looking for someone with:
  • 4-5 years' experience in Paid Media across Meta, Google & TikTok Ads - bonus points for additional experience across Microsoft, LinkedIn and/or Amazon Ads.
  • A proven track record of driving client success and results
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - you don’t just look at data, you interpret it
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a habit of double-checking your work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity or hands-on experience using AI tools to boost efficiency and workflows
  • A proactive attitude and collaborative spirit - you’re comfortable sharing ideas and solving challenges as a team

  • A working knowledge of Google Ads Scripts, or a willingness to learn - you know how automation can save time and boost performance, and you're keen to explore it further
  • Previous agency experience is preferred
