Job Purpose: To provide an efficient administration, compliance and reporting environment for the Fund of Funds department and ensure the department's administrative coordination is effectively carried out to enable effective-investment management processes, smooth budgeting processes, and timeous and seamless reporting, to ensure a comprehensive and continued support service to the unit, and internal and external stakeholders
Minimum Requirements
Qualification and Experience
- Three (3) years Tertiary Qualification or relevant certification, in Business/Economic/Finance/Accounting/Management/Commercial Law/Administration or similar
- Three (3) years’ experience in project management and/or administration in fund management /financial management
- Experience in the bank environment will be an added advantage

Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Perspective
- Ensure that the investment/portfolio budgets and expenditure are effectively updated and monitored.
Stakeholder Management
- Enable the unit to engage effectively with Stakeholders and client. Arrange workshops with stakeholders as and when required.
- Keep a register from all Stakeholders on the impact achieved from TIA investments. (Capital Extension, Demographic analysis, Geographic analysis, PDI, Women, Youth)
Internal Process
- Fund of Funds Office Coordination:
- Support Fund Principal and Fund Associates in their day to day functions,
- Manage day to day operations planning, information management, and reporting tools,
- Manage the secretarial, travel and other administration services for the Fund of Funds Department,
- Provide accounting and administration reporting for funds raised by the Fund of Funds department,
- Maintain policy registers.
- Funds of Funds Administration:
- Support optimal fund administration and reporting, including collection and dissemination of reporting information,
- Support the marketing of the Fund of Funds model, and pipeline development processes,
- Provide fund administration and document safe keeping at pre-investment, investment, drawdowns, legal agreements, and post-investment stages, and ensure effective use of available technology systems,
- Compliance – Document management, information storage, Data room and due diligence files management, streamline fund management administration processes and the compliance therewith, support risk management, support compliance audits.
- Fund Investment Reporting and Post Investment Support:
- Ensure proper filing and retention of signed agreements and due diligence files,
- Maintain a schedule of new fund commitments to create a forecast of expected drawdowns,
- Manage administration of capital drawdowns, management fees, and repayments/collections/exits,
- Manage the enforcement of funding conditions and conditions precedent, from investors and investees,
- Fund Accounting – Prepare accurate financial information and generate reports for stakeholders,
- Fund Reporting – Work with Fund Associates and Fund Principal to prepare Internal and External fund performance and Impact reporting.
