A remote marketing company is seeking a Personal Marketing & Sales Assistant to the CEO. This role focuses on supporting the CEO with marketing, client engagement, and administrative tasks. The Personal Marketing & Sales Assistant will support the CEO with day-to-day marketing, sales coordination, and personal brand management. This role focuses on digital marketing support, lead nurturing, client engagement, research, and administrative assistance related to growth initiatives. It is not a direct sales role, but rather a strategic support position that helps the CEO stay organized, informed, and connected to clients and prospects.
This is a remote, work-from-home role that requires strong communication, organization, and initiative.
Assist the CEO with managing social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, website updates, content scheduling).
Draft marketing copy, captions, and light design for posts, proposals, and presentations.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
Track marketing analytics and report back on performance.
Help manage inbound enquiries and follow-ups from clients or prospects.
Prepare sales documents, proposals, quotes, and client presentations.
Assist with CRM updates, pipeline management, and lead tracking.
Support the CEO in nurturing client relationships and preparing for meetings.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, new audiences, or potential collaboration opportunities.
Identify influencers, partners, or organisations aligned with the CEOs strategic goals.
Provide insights and concise summaries to assist with strategic decision-making.
Manage the CEOs calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual events.
Assist in organising files, documents, and project timelines.
Help streamline marketing and sales processes for improved efficiency.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and weekly updates.
Liaise with marketing, design, sales, or operations teams when necessary.
Ensure smooth communication between the CEO and internal or external partners.
Follow up on tasks, deliverables, and deadlines on behalf of the CEO.
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (advantageous).
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing assistance, or executive support.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite, Canva, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
Professional, proactive, and highly reliable.
Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
Creative thinker with an interest in marketing and digital content.
Strong problem-solver with the ability to anticipate needs.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with online tools.
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
