Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/outside stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with project coordination, document management, and task follow-ups.
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and requests, directing them appropriately.
  • Ensure the CEO is well‑prepared for meetings, events, and daily activities.
  • Perform general administrative and office management duties as required.
Requirements
  • Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification in Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar senior administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Confident, self‑motivated, and adaptable with a strong sense of initiative.
