Introduction

To provide professional, efficient, and confidential administrative and executive support to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, particularly within the construction and renewable energy sectors

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-ups, particularly within construction and renewable energy projects.
  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support in compiling reports, minutes, and other documents for strategic and operational purposes.
  • Liaise with contractors, clients, and partners within the construction and renewable energy industries.

Perform general office administration and ensure efficient workflow.

Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
