WatersEdge Solutions is seeking a hands‑on, data‑obsessed Performance Marketing Manager to build and scale a high‑impact paid media engine from the ground up. If you're ready to turn our first media budget into a pipeline‑driving machine—this is your launch moment. You'll own the full strategy, execution, and performance of paid channels, working closely with Sales, RevOps, and Creative to drive meaningful business outcomes.
You’ll be the in‑house paid media expert, launching and optimizing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, G2, Capterra, and programmatic placements. You’ll run full‑funnel, multi‑channel campaigns and ABM plays, managing over £25K / month in media spend. From crafting creative briefs to performance reporting, you’ll shape demand generation and customer acquisition with a direct impact on revenue growth.
