Main Purpose of the Job

To manage the Payroll Departmentto ensure that payrolls (salaries and wages)are processed accurately and timeously in line with country-relevant legal requirements.

  1. User testing (payroll configuration)
  2. Inter-payroll transfers
  3. Bulk data uploads into payroll
  4. Authorize payroll runs
  5. Prepare and execute payslip files and reports
  6. Prepare and process bank files
  7. Run and prepare monthly/ad hoc management reports

  1. Capturing employee life cycle data
  2. Archived employee data
  3. Salary payments
  4. Query resolution
  5. Internal and external regulatory compliance

Job Requirements
Required Knowledge
