Workforce Staffing Africa is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their Parktown team. If you’re detail-driven, organized, and confident handling high-volume payrolls across African regions, this role is for you.

Minimum Requirements
  • Matric + Business Administration qualification (NQF 5)
  • 2+ years’ payroll experience
  • Experience processing high-volume payrolls for African countries
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy
Key Responsibilities
  • Capture and verify timesheets for payment
  • Submit timesheets and supporting documents to Group Wage Department
  • Validate leave hours and ensure accuracy
  • Check payrolls for correct rates, hours, overtime, leave, and deductions (AODs, transport recoveries, etc.)
  • Assist with payroll queries and escalate system errors
  • Ensure adequate cash flow for wage payments
  • Support accurate invoicing
