Job summary

  • Effective analysis, resolution, and reporting of all backorders related problems to the owner/creator of the purchased order.
  • Effective communication with suppliers with related backorder expediting and queries.
  • Effective and efficiently daily distribution of backorder analysis to internal users.
  • Effective and efficiently management of supplier feedback to requisitioned.
  • Effective and efficient management of supplier lead-time.
  • Housekeeping.
  • Manage all open backorders, Accurate and consistent report management and feedback.
  • Maintenance and focus on the Backorder process and reports in order to reduce lead times and improve customer satisfaction.
