This position reports to the Head of Category Marketing.

Your responsibilities will include:
Partnership Support & Execution:
  • Support the development and implementation of partnership strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.
  • Assist in researching and identifying potential partnership opportunities through market analysis and competitor research.
  • Support partnership evaluations by conducting audience alignment analysis and impact assessments.
Campaign Management & Coordination:
  • Execute partnership campaigns from briefing through to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, digital) and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Develop and maintain campaign timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed of progress.
  • Support the creation of campaign briefs and creative direction for partnership initiatives.
Relationship Management:
  • Serve as day‑to‑day contact for assigned partners, maintaining regular communication and relationship building.
  • Schedule and coordinate partnership meetings, calls, and check‑ins.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  • Monitor and track partnership campaign performance against defined KPIs and metrics.
  • Compile regular performance reports and provide analysis on campaign effectiveness.
  • Support budget tracking and reconciliation for partnership activities.
  • Assist with monthly and weekly operational reporting.
Administrative & Operational Support:
  • Maintain partnership databases and documentation.
  • Support contract administration and partnership agreement management.
  • Coordinate partnership events, activations, and promotional activities.
  • Assist with budget management and purchase order processing.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, with 1-2 years experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or collaborative marketing.
  • Experience with campaign management and cross‑functional project coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
  • E‑commerce or retail experience is advantageous.
  • Previous agency or client‑side marketing experience preferred.
