Responsibilities

• Maximise the sales opportunity in the iStore and provide hands-on experience with the latest Apple technology & services.
• Proactively approach and engage with customers to understand their needs, present complete solutions and create memorable experiences.
• Utilise knowledge and tools around all iStore products to be successful in the role.
• Work in a flexible position with a target of 138 hours per month.
