Experience in brokerage, logistics, or customs is highly desirable.

Experience with US law a plus.

Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation standards.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with legal research tools.

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while maintaining clear communication.
