This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for B2B and outbound sales, and a knack for building strong, lasting business relationships. The company is a fast‑growing, future‑tech driven organisation, with a drive to extend our footprint in the Africa and Middle East regions.
The right candidate will have rapid growth opportunities, underlined with a strong commission structure and may require travel between regions. We are looking for a go‑getter with a hunting sales background and track record, being comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, pipeline management and managing key account and strategic relationships within a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales: Conduct proactive outbound sales activities, including cold calling, follow‑ups, and targeted outreach to potential clients.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Client Outreach: Engage potential clients, presenting our services and solutions in a compelling and professional manner.
- Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Process: Navigate the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including proposal development and contract negotiations.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, providing regular updates to management and suggesting improvements to the sales strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and consulting teams to align on strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
Qualifications
- Education: A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with clients at all levels, including senior executives.
- Proficient in outbound sales, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attributes: Highly motivated, proactive, and goal‑oriented.
- Resilient and able to handle rejection and setbacks.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
- Experience: Prior experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role is preferred.
