We are seeking a driven and dynamic sales guru to join our team.

This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for B2B and outbound sales, and a knack for building strong, lasting business relationships. The company is a fast‑growing, future‑tech driven organisation, with a drive to extend our footprint in the Africa and Middle East regions.

The right candidate will have rapid growth opportunities, underlined with a strong commission structure and may require travel between regions. We are looking for a go‑getter with a hunting sales background and track record, being comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, pipeline management and managing key account and strategic relationships within a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound Sales: Conduct proactive outbound sales activities, including cold calling, follow‑ups, and targeted outreach to potential clients.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts, networking, and other sales techniques.
  • Client Outreach: Engage potential clients, presenting our services and solutions in a compelling and professional manner.
  • Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Process: Navigate the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including proposal development and contract negotiations.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, providing regular updates to management and suggesting improvements to the sales strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and consulting teams to align on strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
