We're expanding our footprint in Cape Town and looking for a high‑energy, confident Outbound Sales Agent to drive market presence, build strong referral networks, and grow our customer base in the medical oxygen equipment sector, Cape Town

Location: Cape Town (Field-based) Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct daily outbound field visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, retirement homes, EMS providers, and more
  • Build relationships with decision‑makers and create referral pipelines
  • Promote medical oxygen products (oxygen concentrators, cylinders, CPAP, consumables)
  • Meet weekly/monthly targets, follow up on quotes, and close deals
  • Maintain accurate client notes and provide regular reporting
What You Need
  • Valid driver’s license (non‑negotiable)
  • Strong field‑sales or B2B outbound experience
  • Excellent communication + relationship‑building skills
  • Self‑managed, motivated, resilient, and target‑driven
  • English required (Afrikaans/Xhosa a bonus)
Nice to Have
  • Experience in medical/pharmaceutical/device sales
  • Existing relationships in Cape Town’s healthcare ecosystem
Compensation

💰 R20,000 CTC + commission + petrol/travel allowance (Top performers earn well above base.)
