Responsibilities
- Trade partner support: oversee execution and full-year strategy and support for our eComm business, buying groups, redistributors, and a majority of our Tier 1-2 distributors.
- Digital Content: maintain website components (written content, images, specs, allergens & nutritional information), feed content, ensure all updates for our entire portfolio and innovation items, work with trade partners and internal technical teams to troubleshoot issues.
- Top product and innovation support & readiness: create trade support materials such as Selling Guides for trade partner reps, trainings, assist with trade show and other event execution, and overall asset creation for marketing programs with our customers.
- Operator support: attract operators by creating and delivering valuable content and experiences tailored to them, form connections that solve their problems and help UFS be the best solution provider.
- Generating insights: gather market data and insights to improve operator end-to-end experience, apply learnings to drive growth strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Deep understanding of sales/marketing funnels, operator lifecycle & marketing automation journeys.
- Thorough knowledge of customer buying journeys and the ability to filter all business decisions through the eyes of our customer.
- Ability to create creative and persuasive content across a variety of online & offline channels.
- Performance measurement & analysis both online & offline.
- Project management & process management in similar FMCG functions.
- A digital expert in traffic generation, lead management, content marketing/inbound marketing, conversion optimization, SEO, marketing automation & social media marketing, and digital demand creation.
- Agency management.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years' experience in Marketing in the FMCG Foodservice industry.
- Proven track record in Marketing & Sales in the Foodservice Industry.
- Trade and customer marketing experience.
- Managing social media accounts.
- Attention to detail, comfortable with data & strong project management skills.
- Agile, resilient, and driven to find insights and collaborative solutions.
- Curious, unconventional, courageous, and willing to think outside the box.
- Strong negotiation skills.
