Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to ensure seamless execution of the Personal Shopper Programme.
• Monitor daily operations, proactively identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements in processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and internal tools, ensuring data integrity.
• Compile, analyse, and report on operational and performance data using Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, and (optionally) Salesforce.
• Work cross‑functionally to identify and close service or knowledge gaps, elevating both Personal Shopper experience and business results.

This is a 12‑month contract position.
