• At least 3 years’ of experience in operations, particularly in e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, or a related fast-paced industry.
• Experience in using data analytics to inform operational decisions.
• Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics to provide insights on operational aspects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations across various business verticals.
• Participate in the implementation and refinement of operational processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes.
• Assist in the analysis of operational data to generate insights.
• Help manage and resolve payment transaction issues.
• Support the mentorship and development of junior operations team members.
