Operations Administrator

Opportunity: Full Time

Capital International Group is looking for a hardworking individual to join the team in supporting operational excellence and provide high quality services to our clients and introducers. This position focuses on project delivery, remediation activities, and client servicing, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies while driving efficiency and accuracy across operational processes.

Key Duties:

The role will be varied, with duties including:

  • Provide Customer Service Excellence to all clients, companies and third parties when engaging with them.
  • Assessment and validation of documentation provided as part of any project or remediation or records.
  • Update and maintain client data records from simple accounts to more complex trust structures.
  • You will be required to conform to the Company’s AML procedures and guidelines at all times.
  • You will be required to work on a variety of projects that deliver service, create capacity, and ensure control effectiveness within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Track project outputs, prepare and contribute to reports, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Support remediation activities related to operational errors, regulatory findings, or audit observations.
  • You may, from time to time, be required to undertake other activities of a similar nature within your capabilities in other teams, as requested by your line manager.
