Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with Stock and Transport Controller regarding vehicle loading.
• Assist in receiving material at Head Office.
• Oversee management of construction material deliveries.
• Ensure IT hardware is serviced regularly.
• Assist with Truck and Plant activities.
• Inspect Truck and Plant and submit vehicle inspection forms.
• Compile and issue sub-contractor agreements.
• Attend to creditors queries.
• Provide weekly site stock counts to Site Admin Manager.
• Review units built not claimed report during site visits.

Education

Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent

Diploma in Administration / Stock Management or NQF Level 6 equivalent
