Job description

We are a dynamic IT Support Company (MSP) seeking a competent and reliable IT Support Technician to be based primarily on-site at a prestigious law firm in Sandton. This role is hands-on and client-facing, requiring someone who thrives in a professional environment and enjoys solving technical challenges as well as serving people.

You will spend approximately four days a week at the client's offices, providing direct desktop, network, and user support, with the remaining time assisting remotely or at other sites as needed. You will be the primary IT resource for end-users, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently while maintaining high professionalism.
