Your Day at NTT DATA

As a Marketing Graduate, you will be part of our Young Talent Graduate Programme, gaining hands‑on experience in campaign and program management. You’ll support the creation and execution of local marketing campaigns, adapt global thematic campaigns for the South African market, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful go‑to‑market initiatives. This will put you on track for a role as a Lead Go‑To‑Market Specialist.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business priorities.
  • Support content development for blogs, social media, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Collaborate on email and digital marketing, event marketing, and sales alignment.
  • Help manage campaign budgets, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet strategic objectives.
  • Participate in global campaign adaptation for local market execution.

Minimum Requirements
  • South African citizen, 26 years or younger.
  • Completed or completing a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field by end of 2025.
  • The program is based in Johannesburg South Africa (if based outside of Gauteng, they must be willing to relocate to Johannesburg).
  • Must not have been on a registered internship or graduate program previously.
