Okushal Drinks, a dynamic and growing proudly local niche beverage brand, is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to build and nurture strong trade relationships with distributor partners, restaurant chains, retail stores, and drive B2B sales within the hospitality and tourism industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to secure trade deals with key distribution partners.
  • Grow Okushal's presence in restaurants, retail outlets, and hospitality venues.
  • Build lasting partnerships and manage relationships across diverse market channels.
  • Lead B2B sales efforts targeting the hospitality and tourism sectors.
  • Negotiate win-win deals that maximise growth and profitability.

In summary: relationship building and new market penetration, with volume growth and new accounts focus.

What we offer

Base salary plus commission adjustable, based on performance — the harder you work, the more you earn.

Cost to company R, p y / 25k p m base, with an additional 8-12% commission on sales volume, with tiered rates to reward exceeding targets.

Location: remotely with Gauteng base.
