The Role

Lead Generation / New Business Executive

We are seeking a proactive, detail-driven Lead Generation / New Business Executive to help accelerate our growth pipeline. You will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through daily outbound activity. This includes researching and identifying potential businesses, engaging relevant decision-makers, and preparing leads for handover to senior commercial stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research-led outreach, data accuracy, and working within a well-defined new business process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential client organisations using defined qualification criteria, including: Location; Industry / sector; Company size; Revenue; Website platform and technology stack
  • Use LinkedIn, prospecting platforms, and online research tools to identify relevant companies and decision-makers.
  • Conduct targeted outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn to generate MQLs.
  • Maintain accurate lead and outreach data within the CRM.
  • Track outreach volumes, response rates, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure all written communication is clear, professional, and aligned to brand standards.
  • Work closely with the New Business Manager to transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
The Candidate

You will be joining a fast-paced environment where clarity, organisation, and clear communication are essential.

  • We are looking for someone who demonstrates:
  • Familiarity with searching for businesses and individuals using LinkedIn (including filters and basic prospecting techniques)
  • Experience using a CRM system to manage leads and outreach activity
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, including data organisation and basic reporting
  • Familiarity leveraging AI and creating prompts to identify suitable businesses and individuals to outreach to and create collateral to support outreach efforts
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work methodically, manage multiple prospects, and follow structured processes

Working at Kitty

Location: hybrid working both from home and our lovely office on the V&A Waterfront

Holidays: 21 days, increasing with length of service, plus national holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve
