A prominent technology firm is looking for a National Growth Lead in Cape Town, responsible for managing the third-party distribution channel nationally. This role involves optimizing the Lesaka Agent base and working closely with regional sales teams to enhance partnerships. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG/Liquor industry, possess strong communication and people management skills, and be self-motivated. Knowledge of the informal economy is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in managing sales teams and/or account management in FMCG/Liquor industry.
• Experience in the peri-urban/rural ‘informal’ economy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ultimate responsibility for growing and optimizing Lesaka Agent base.
• Problem solving challenges faced by third party distribution partners.
• Working with regional sales structures to maximize retention on Agent devices.
