Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is Matric / Grade 12.
• Tertiary qualification in Retail or Operations Management is preferred.
• Proven experience in cleaning operations and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage cleaning teams, ensuring performance and attendance standards.
• Build client relationships through excellent service delivery.
• Address HR matters including discipline and grievances.
