Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Automation Development.
• Build and maintain automation workflows using Halo PSA, Datto RMM, Hudu, and other MSP tools.
• Design and implement automation solutions for clients using n8n as the primary automation platform.
• AI & LLM Integration.
• Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and others to enhance processes.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) to train, fine-tune, and create instruction sets.
• Develop and deploy AI agents using Copilot Studio or similar platforms.
• API Integrations.
• Design and implement integrations between systems using APIs to streamline workflows.
• Consultancy.
• Provide expert advice and consultancy to clients on automation strategies and AI adoption.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in MSP environments and familiarity with PSA/RMM tools.
• Hands-on experience with n8n, Roost.ai or similar automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and related Power Platform tools.
• Proficiency in API integrations and working with RESTful APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing consultancy.

Nice to Have

• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio or similar AI agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices in MSP environments.
