Candidates must have NQF Level 4 and AMIC in Production, along with 3–5 years’ experience in technical training, preferably in the automotive sector. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a technical training environment, preferably within the motorised or automotive sector.
• Computer literacy (MS Office) is required.
• Registered Facilitator, Assessor, and Moderator.

Responsibilities

• Identify Toyota and TETA training needs.
• Facilitation, assessment, and moderation of operators according to standards.
• Development of curriculum modules aligned with TETA requirements.
