Job summary

A leading gaming and entertainment company in Durban is seeking a candidate for a leadership role. You will be responsible for managing promotional campaigns, ensuring material readiness, and supporting Area Managers. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting targets. Qualified candidates will have a Matric and a valid driver's license, alongside experience in a leadership position. This role includes daily operational support and team management activities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months in a leadership role.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Area Managers to meet targets.
• Plan marketing campaigns with Area Manager and Marketing Team.
• Facilitate promotional activities daily.
• Ensure marketing material is available and in good condition.
• Measure effectiveness of promotions using Promo Tracker.
• Conduct market analysis/research for improvements.
• Support recruitment and training of new staff.
• Manage performance and team oversight of Mobile Clerks.
• Assist with growth and branding of Top Up Voucher outlets.
• Organize continuous training for mobile clerks.
• Ensure proper cash-up procedures and reporting.
• Complete daily reports and manage stock levels.
• Handle any other related duties.
