Job summary

A leading electronics company in South Africa is looking for a Site Supervisor to coordinate onsite activities for Proximity Detection Systems and Collision Avoidance Systems. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role within the mining industry.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Medically fit for site visits and physically able to conduct inspections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations and ensure effective service delivery.
• Lead, support, and mentor a team of technicians.
• Conduct PTOs, toolbox talks, and compliance checks.

Skills

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Strong written and verbal communication in English

Understanding of mining safety regulations

Leadership and mentoring skills

Education

Matric and Qualified Artisan (Red Seal)

N6 / National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
