Qualifications

• 10–15 years mining experience, with at least 10 in management.
• Strong background in hard rock / mechanised mining (Chrome or PGM advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Take accountability as the 3.1(a) appointee under the MHSA.
• Lead and manage mining operations to deliver safety, production, and profitability.
• Oversee planning, drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, and related activities.
• Ensure strict legal and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and guide departmental heads, driving continuous improvement.
