Our client, the UK’s most awarded and fastest-growing next-gen Telco/VoIP provider for small businesses is looking for a mid-level Data Analyst to own dashboarding and analytics across the business. Must have strong SQL experience – able to write complex queries and extract insights from raw data and experience with at least one BI/reporting tool – e.g. Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Trevor.io.

DUTIES

• Report to the CTO
• Work closely with the development team, senior management, and stakeholders across departments
• Build and maintain dashboards used for reporting, trend analysis, and forecasting
• Work with tools like Looker Studio and io, with the potential to bring on full Looker soon
• Drive their own projects without needing day-to-day supervision
• Translate business questions into data models and actionable dashboards
• This person must be comfortable working across the business, highly self-directed, and motivated by impact.

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have Skills

• Strong SQL experience – able to write complex queries and extract insights from raw data
• Experience with at least one BI/reporting tool – e.g. Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Trevor.io
• Comfortable working independently, managing their own priorities and timelines
• Able to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• At least 2–4 years of relevant data analysis experience

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses
• Exposure to Looker (full version)
