Your future team
You will become part of the international MES team located in Roermond. We are a diverse team of 10 colleagues with 4 different nationalities across several locations, mainly in Denmark, Poland and Netherland. Our MES team is responsible for development, maintenance and support within ROCKWOOL’s software systems for automation-, control- and Manufacturing Execution systems.
What you will be doing
You will be the MES specialist on the process- and control systems in our production machines and production lines and operate at the intersection of MES, PLCs and production. You are responsible not only for the software and database side, but also for real-life implementation in the Roermond factory. This means you work closely between engineering, production and maintenance in integrating systems to the workforce.
A large part of your job will revolve around international projects where you will be responsible for the delivery of control systems for our production equipment. Your assignments can vary from small machine deliveries and support cases to participation in large ‘greenfield’ factory projects on a global scale.
